Tuition for the week includes Camp T-shirt. Campers may bring their own lunch or purchase pizza at the camp store Lunch is included in the tuition price for Byfield and Wellesley.
Sarah's Summer Slam Overnight Camp at Mount Ida College:
$359.00.00 for the weekend includes Camp T-shirt, dinner on Friday, three meals on Satuday, breakfast on Sunday and very comfortable lodging.
Overnight Camp at the Governor's Academy:
$699.00 for the week includes Camp T-shirt, three hearty meals per day and very comfortable lodging for the week. $489.00 for Extended Day Camp includes lunch and dinner. Pick-up is at 8:00 PM.
Overnight Camp at Bridgewater State University:
$699.00 for the week includes Camp T-shirt, three hearty meals per day and air conditioned dorms. $489.00 for Extended Day Camp includes lunch and dinner. Pick-up is at 8:00 PM.
High School Elite Camp:
$225.00 for the week includes Camp T-shirt. Lunch is included.
Sarah's Pre-Season:
$225.00 for 6 Sunday mornings in the Fall of 2009 includes a Camp T-shirt.
Grades 2 - 7 attend 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Grades 8 - 12 attend 10:30 AM - 12:00 Noon
School Vacation Clinic:
$199.00 for three days includes a Camp T-Shirt.
Deposits: A $250.00 Non-Refundable deposit for overnight camp and a $100.00 Non-Refundable deposit for the School Vacation Clinic, Day Camps, Elite Camp, and Sarah's Pre-Season is required to reserve a spot in all of our programs. Payment in full is required for the half day program. Applications will be accepted until the first day of each camp with full payment or until the program is full. Space at overnight camps is limited.
Refund Policy: If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp tuition fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp credit is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you are initially registered in. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection (see terms below).
Campers who leave camp during their session, will receive a pro-rated camp credit, valid through the following summer. Campers who do not check-in or attend their registered camp session will receive a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer with the same rules as previously stated.
Cancellation Protection: We offer our camp families Cancellation Protection for $35 per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full cash refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date (Please note: $35 Cancellation Protection and Registration fee are non-refundable.) if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins, i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp in your sport beginning in the month of June).
With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date, we will issue you a camp credit for your tuition payments made. Your camp credit will be transferable to an immediate family member and can be used for the sport in which you were registered. Camp credits are valid through 2013.
Final payment is due the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins (i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp beginning in the month of June). Final payment is due by 2/1/12 for the February School Vacation Clinic.
